Darker palette, more intimate framing — Rengoku’s face close and fierce, surrounded by the same swirling traditional Japanese linework of flame and dragon, but this time the mood is quieter. More internal. The navy and deep teal background pulls the fire inward rather than letting it explode outward.
If the first Rengoku print is the battle cry, this one is the breath before it. The moment a warrior who knows what’s coming chooses to meet it anyway. With everything. As always.
